Homemade Bread Crumbs In The Devil’s Kitchen
By Kevin RileyWhen we use bread crumbs In The Devil’s Kitchen, we like to make our own – it’s very easy, and homemade bread crumbs are just better. Also, a great way to use up any dry, stale bread.
Ingredients (½ cup bread crumbs)
1 ½-¾” (12-19mm) slice of bread
1. Cut off the crust.
2. Tear the bread into small pieces.
3. Pulse in food processor until you have small bread crumbs.
Note: You can make larger batches of bread crumbs and store them in air-tight containers. However, don’t overload the food processor. Small batches will produce better bread crumbs.
