Sriracha And Thai Chilli Sauce Used In The Devil’s Kitchen
ByWe use both regular Thai hot chilli sauce and sriracha In The Devil’s Kitchen. Although sriracha is an Asian chilli sauce, and you’ll find it in the Asian foods section of your grocery store, it’s actually made in California.
When David Tran moved to the US from Vietnam, he couldn’t find a chilli sauce he liked. So he made his own. Named after the traditional chilli sauces from the town of Si Racha in Thailand, it’s a spicy sauce that suits out devilish taste.
If you use another Thai hot chilli sauce, you may find that the others are a bit milder. Try a few and see which one you like.
